IS HARVEY WEINSTEIN GOING TO SETTLE RAPE CASES? Harvey Weinstein is getting closer to settling at least one of the lawsuits against him, The Blastreports. The disgraced producer is reportedly in talks to settle a suit filed by a woman who says he raped her at Cannes in 2006. On December 4^th, documents were filed by Weinstein and a woman (referred to by the pseudonym Emma Loman in papers), revealing they are in talks and will return to court if they can’t settle the matter privately. Weinstein denies all allegations of nonconsensual sex. (The Blast)

KIM KARDASHIAN EXPLAINS CHRISTMAS CARD DEMISE: Kim Kardashian is dishing on the KarJenner’s annual Christmas Card tradition, and why the clan decided to forgo the shoot this year. She said that the “dramatic” fall out from last year’s shoot ended things. As fans recall, Kim is still getting heat for telling her sister Kourtney (who was having trouble scheduling the shoot) that no one would care if she was in it because she was the “least interesting to look at.” Will you miss the card this year? JON GOSSELIN WINS SOLE CUSTODY OF SON COLLIN: Jon Gosselin won sole custody of his 14-year-old son on Tuesday because his ex-wife Katedidn’t show up in court, Us Weekly reports. “Jon won sole physical and sole legal custody of Collin,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “All other matters were moved to a future court date.” In 2009, Jon, 41, and Kate, 43, parted ways, with the Kate Plus 8 alum winning full custody of their now 14-year-old sextuplets, including Collin.
